Affiliate Program Terms

By signing up for the OBN Affiliate Program, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not sign up for an affiliate account or promote our programs.

1. No Discount or Coupon Sites

Discount and coupon site accounts are prohibited and will be deleted without notice.

2. Prohibited Use of Paid Advertising 

Affiliates are strictly prohibited from using any form of paid advertising (including but not limited to Google Ads, Bing Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, TikTok Ads, or any other CPC/PPC platform) to drive traffic to OBN’s website using their affiliate links. Accounts found to be running paid advertising may be deleted without notice.

3. Monitoring and Enforcement

We actively monitor affiliate traffic and advertising activity. Any violation of this policy may result in: Immediate suspension from the affiliate program Reversal of commissions associated with prohibited activity Legal action in cases of trademark infringement or fraud. 

4. Withholding of Affiliate Commissions

If you breach these terms, Oh Baby Nutrition reserves the right to withhold any affiliate commission and will not be liable for any payment to you.

Please note: OBN reserves the right to remove users, change, modify, or suspend our affiliate program at any time.
