Affiliate Program Terms
By signing up for the Oh Baby Nutrition Inc. Affiliate Program, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not sign up for an affiliate account or promote our programs.
Affiliate Eligibility
The Oh Baby Nutrition Inc. Affiliate Program is intended to support genuine referrals from individuals and businesses with an established connection to, or relevant audience for, Oh Baby Nutrition Inc. programs and educational offerings.
Eligible Affiliates may include Oh Baby Nutrition Inc. students and graduates, health and wellness professionals, educators, content creators, influencers, and other individuals or businesses who recommend Oh Baby Nutrition Inc. as part of their broader professional, educational, or content-based activities.
Oh Baby Nutrition Inc. does not accept individuals or businesses into our affiliate program whose primary or sole business model is affiliate marketing, lead generation, referral marketing, or earning commissions through the promotion of third-party products, services, courses, or programs.
Participation in other affiliate programs does not automatically make an individual or business ineligible. Affiliates may earn commissions from other brands or organizations, provided affiliate marketing is complementary to a broader business, professional practice, educational platform, or content-creation business rather than the primary purpose of the business.
Examples of eligible Affiliates may include:
Oh Baby Nutrition Inc. students or graduates who operate their own businesses or professional practices
Nutrition, wellness, birth, fertility, pregnancy, postpartum, or other relevant professionals
Content creators or influencers who produce original content for an established audience
Educators, coaches, or other professionals who recommend Oh Baby Nutrition Inc. as part of their broader work
Businesses that offer their own products or services and recommend Oh Baby Nutrition Inc.where relevant
Creators who regularly participate in brand partnerships or affiliate programs as one component of their content business
Examples of businesses that are generally not eligible include:
Websites or social media accounts created primarily to publish affiliate links
Affiliate marketing businesses whose primary revenue is generated from commissions for third-party products or services
Lead-generation businesses established primarily to direct prospective students to third-party programs in exchange for compensation
Coupon, deal, cashback, discount, or affiliate-directory websites
Businesses or individuals that have no meaningful original content, services, professional practice, community, or audience outside of affiliate promotion
Oh Baby Nutrition Inc. reserves the right to review an applicant's website, social media presence, business activities, promotional methods, and other relevant information when determining eligibility for the Affiliate Program.
Acceptance into the Affiliate Program is at the discretion of Oh Baby Nutrition Inc. Oh Baby Nutrition Inc. may decline an application or terminate an Affiliate's participation if Oh Baby Nutrition Inc. determines that the Affiliate's business model or promotional activities are inconsistent with the intended purpose of the program or these Affiliate Terms.
2. Permitted and Prohibited Promotional Methods
Permitted Organic Promotion
Affiliates may promote Oh Baby Nutrition Inc. through organic channels including:
Social media posts, Stories, Reels, videos, and other organic social content
Blog posts, articles, educational content, and other relevant website content
Email newsletters sent to a permission-based subscriber list
Podcasts, videos, and other original content
Other non-paid promotional methods that are consistent with these Affiliate Terms
Affiliates must clearly disclose their affiliate relationship with Oh Baby Nutrition Inc. wherever required by applicable advertising, consumer protection, or endorsement laws.
Email Marketing and Unsolicited Communications
Affiliate promotion by email must only be sent to individuals who have consented to receive marketing communications from the Affiliate. Affiliates may not use purchased, rented, scraped, or otherwise improperly obtained email lists to promote Oh Baby Nutrition Inc..
Spam, unsolicited bulk messages, automated direct messages, or other unsolicited promotional communications are prohibited.
Affiliates are responsible for ensuring their communications comply with all applicable email marketing and anti-spam legislation in the jurisdictions in which they operate and market.
Accurate Representation of Oh Baby Nutrition Inc.
Affiliates must represent Oh Baby Nutrition Inc., its programs, certifications, tuition, promotions, and policies accurately.
Affiliates may not:
Make false, misleading, exaggerated, or unsubstantiated claims about Oh Baby Nutrition Inc. or its programs
Guarantee employment, income, business success, professional recognition, insurance eligibility, or any particular outcome from completing an Oh Baby Nutrition Inc. program
Misrepresent the scope of practice, credentials, qualifications, or professional opportunities available to Oh Baby Nutrition Inc. students or graduates
Make medical, health, or nutrition claims on behalf of Oh Baby Nutrition Inc. that have not been provided or approved by Oh Baby Nutrition Inc.
Advertise discounts, bonuses, scholarships, promotions, or pricing that have not been authorized by Oh Baby Nutrition Inc.
Present themselves as an employee, representative, agent, or official spokesperson of Oh Baby Nutrition Inc.
Affiliates are responsible for ensuring that their promotional content remains accurate and current.
Brand and Identity Protection
Affiliates may use Oh Baby Nutrition Inc.-approved brand assets for the purpose of promoting Oh Baby Nutrition Inc. through the Affiliate Program. Affiliates may not create marketing materials, accounts, websites, or other properties that could reasonably be mistaken for an official Oh Baby Nutrition Inc. property.
Without prior written approval from Oh Baby Nutrition Inc., Affiliates may not:
Create social media usernames, pages, groups, domains, or websites containing “Oh Baby Nutrition Inc.,” “Oh Baby,” “Oh Baby School of Holistic Nutrition,” “OBN,” or confusingly similar variations
Use Oh Baby Nutrition Inc. branding in a way that suggests an official partnership, endorsement, or ownership beyond participation in the Affiliate Program
Copy or reproduce substantial portions of Oh Baby Nutrition Inc.'s website, course materials, marketing materials, or other proprietary content
Impersonate OBN or communicate with prospective students as though they are Oh Baby Nutrition Inc.
Search, SEO, Coupon, and Promotional Websites
Affiliates may create original informational or educational content that references Oh Baby Nutrition Inc. and may use legitimate search engine optimization practices to attract organic traffic.
Affiliates may not create misleading webpages designed to impersonate Oh Baby Nutrition Inc. or mislead visitors regarding the source of the content.
Affiliate links, discount codes, or Oh Baby Nutrition Inc. promotions may not be submitted to coupon, discount, cashback, deal, directory, or similar websites.
Affiliates may not use misleading redirects, forced clicks, cookie stuffing, link cloaking intended to obscure the source of traffic, or other deceptive methods to generate affiliate commissions.
Paid Advertising
Affiliates are strictly prohibited from using any form of paid advertising (including but not limited to Google Ads, Bing Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, TikTok Ads, or any other CPC/PPC platform) to drive traffic to Oh Baby Nutrition Inc.’s website using their affiliate links. Accounts found to be running paid advertising may be deleted without notice.
Affiliates may promote Oh Baby Nutrition Inc. and its programs through approved organic, non-paid marketing channels, provided all promotional activities are accurate, ethical, transparent, and compliant with applicable laws and regulations.
Affiliates may not bid on Oh Baby Nutrition Inc.'s trademarks, business name, program names, branded search terms, misspellings of our business name, program names, or brand, or confusingly similar terms through Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, Meta, or any other advertising platform.
Online Communities and Third-Party Platforms
Affiliates may share information about Oh Baby Nutrition Inc. in online communities, groups, forums, and other third-party platforms only where promotional content is permitted by that platform or community.
Affiliates may not engage in spam, repetitive promotional posting, deceptive recommendations, or promotion that violates the rules of a third-party platform.
Right to Review or Restrict Promotional Activity
Oh Baby Nutrition Inc. reserves the right to request the modification or removal of any Affiliate content that Oh Baby Nutrition Inc. reasonably determines is inaccurate, misleading, inappropriate, non-compliant with these terms, or potentially harmful to Oh Baby Nutrition Inc.'s reputation or brand.
Oh Baby Nutrition Inc. may restrict an Affiliate's promotional methods, suspend Affiliate privileges, withhold commissions attributable to prohibited promotional activity, or terminate participation in the Affiliate Program in accordance with these Affiliate Terms where an Affiliate violates these requirements.
3. Monitoring and Enforcement
We actively monitor affiliate traffic and advertising activity. Any violation of this policy may result in: Immediate suspension from the affiliate program Reversal of commissions associated with prohibited activity Legal action in cases of trademark infringement or fraud.
4. Withholding of Affiliate Commissions
If you breach these terms, Oh Baby Nutrition Inc. reserves the right to withhold any affiliate commission and will not be liable for any payment to you.
