“I am asked a lot where I studied baby and postpartum nutrition, and I am proud to say it was through the Oh Baby School of Holistic Nutrition, which is the only school that specializes exclusively in holistic health for pregnancy, postpartum, and babies.

I was already a midwife and registered nurse, so didn’t really want to do another degree, but I personally found the course so helpful to expand my knowledge in a more holistic way and to deepen my expertise and advice I could offer - such as help with starting solids and first foods for babies with a strong focus on gut-support, how to help a new mother through pregnancy and postpartum through nutrition advice and helping with common ailments through practical holistic therapies.

The courses are very self-paced and completely online, which meant that I actually did the majority of my studies in our caravan traveling Australia! It was great because I could study when I wanted to and wasn't too sleep deprived, but could have time off when life was busy, or I was tired or didn't have internet.”

“I was a nutrition consultant with an experience of more than 9 years before I signed up for the program. After I became a mum of a beautiful boy & realized he was facing a lot of health challenges, I needed to make more informed choices regarding his health & my previous knowledge was little a bit limiting. I realized I needed to expand my knowledge & help fellow mums.

I am able to create a niche in my community so it has allowed my business to double in income 2 years after graduating from Oh Baby.

The prenatal & baby niche has definitely gives me an edge. I feel extremely thrilled every single time I have helped a fellow mum.”

“While already working as a midwife, holistic care was always very important to me. When I moved to another country and became a Mom myself, I took the opportunity to get further education in this field.

To be honest, I wasn’t 100% sure how much I would learn from this course because I felt I already know a lot about pregnancy, birth, postpartum, and babies... But OMG...I learned SOOOO much!! And it just felt amazing to be part of a community that is not only like-minded but also evidence-based.

I'm beyond thankful I did the Master certification and can't wait to support families all around the globe with my gained knowledge. So if you are not sure whether or not you should sign up, just do it, if not for your business, then just for you and your family, you won't regret it!”

“I joined Oh Baby after I had graduated as a Holistic Nutritionist and knew that I needed and wanted to gain much more knowledge about supporting women through pregnancy and postpartum.

I found the self-paced style really worked for me as I have a full-time job. Some weeks I could do more, some weeks less, and other weeks when I felt too overwhelmed or busy with life, I knew I could take a break.

I am so impressed by how well the information is laid out and even more impressed with how relevant and useful the assignments are. I honestly just feel so prepared now. I feel confident working with women in their most vulnerable and important times; working with women during pregnancy and postpartum is such a responsibility, but I feel so ready to do so now.

I would recommend this course 110% without hesitation. It has been a great experience; it does require commitment and hard work, but when you love what you do, the hard work is easy.”

“Before I had children, I worked in a corporate role within the beauty and makeup industry. While I enjoyed the work, it wasn’t a role that aligned with being a present parent, nor with my growing desire to focus on health — a passion that became even clearer after I had my son, Leo.

My only doubt was not having a formal background in nutrition, the big investment financially, and some self doubt of being able to actually help clients. However that was quickly changed once I started the course.

My first client (a month after finishing) was pregnant and she had incredible results after a couple of weeks — her energy improved and she felt amazing, going on to have a home birth.

I’ve now replaced a previous part-time income, my passion has been unlocked and I have purpose. This is the most rewarding business I could ask for.”

“After my son was born, I knew I wanted to do more with this work. I was craving deeper knowledge and a clear path forward. As soon as I discovered OBN, I fell in love. I knew this was the school I had been searching for.

OBN helped me connect the dots and gain confidence in everything I had already learned on my own. I loved every part of the curriculum and finally feel ready to step into this work in a more official way. I know I wouldn’t have had the clarity or confidence to complete my books without everything I learned through Oh Baby.”

“I was skeptical about taking an online course. I generally enjoy the physical and social aspects of a traditional classroom setting - but I feel a seamless transition to the new modern way and am pleasantly surprised by the flow and ease of the platform.”

“I’m so grateful to have been given the tools to customize a program for women based on what they are going through. I love that it is not just about the food but also all the other ways to care for a woman and the countless ailments that can arise in pregnancy and postpartum. The women I have helped, thus far, have given such positive feedback. I know that so many women would benefit from this education.”

“Despite providing invaluable information, I think the thing I have loved most about Oh Baby is the ability to become qualified in a new field without any feelings of stress and overwhelm. It is so incredible to be studying through an academy that embraces and supports motherhood and everything that goes along with it.

To be able to sit and breastfeed or wrestle your toddler while taking part in the zoom calls and to jump online and chip away bit by bit when motherhood and life permits. This course has been designed for mothers by a mother and that is so evident through every part of the course.”

“I was working as a pre and post natal trainer, but I was curious always and wanted to keep learning.

My first win happened within a month, I was helping the clients I already had with trimester based nutrition and supplementation.

Now I do nutrition consultations, child birth education, corrective exercise programs including yoga, and postpartum recovery programs. I now earn more than I did in previously. I am definitely more confident and have more sense of purpose.”

“When I started the program, my daughter was 5 months old. She was asleep in her carrier during almost every module I completed. I paced myself, gave myself space to enjoy the experience, and never once felt rushed or behind. I say this because chances are you are a mama too.

I adore, love, and value everything about this course, what it has to offer, and the knowledge I gained so much.”

“As a new mother, Google is so unreliable when it comes to finding out how to truly nourish yourself postpartum. I wanted to better serve my community and contribute to black maternal health in the postpartum phase.

Finding Oh Baby School of Holistic Nutrition has been the best. I love the curriculum and the fact that the team truly wants to see you win! I couldn't recommend a better program, as it's much more niche than other programs. Thank you, Carley and the Oh Baby Team for being so amazing!”

“I was a stay - at - home mother of 3, I had just entered my third maternity leave.

It became very clear very quickly after 3 pregnancies and babies, that this was the area I wanted to specialize in - nutrition support for the whole journey of motherhood. I felt I needed to take the time find my niche within nutrition, so I could move forward with more purpose.

My first win was receiving orders for postpartum meals through word of mouth, and positive google reviews from it.

I’ve signed on paid clients, and I work flexible hours that fit around my life. I feel like an expert in nutritionally supporting women and mothers. It has given me confidence, credibility and a sense of purpose.”

Now I offer preconception, pregnancy & postpartum consultations discussing nutrition, supplementation, symptom management and pathology recommendations & review whilst using both my midwifery and nutrition qualifications. I have the confidence to take on clients and know I am providing current, evidenced-based recommendations to them.

I work flexible hours that fit around my life, and I have the qualifications, confidence and personal experience to support women during these season of life.”

“I was a new mum with a love and broad knowledge of food and cooking. What I didn't understand was how to translate this into feeding my son. The transition from business owner to stay at home mum was tough for me. I struggled to slow down and be in the moment of the newborn baby bubble. I realized going back to the 'old way' of working was not going to be sustainable nor what I wanted anymore.

I knew when I saw the Oh Baby program that it was for me. I signed up instantly. Studying at OBN added confidence and expertise to my offer suite - being able to relate to new mothers and provide practical ways to feed their family from the weaning stage has been invaluable. Now I work flexible hours that fit around my life.”

“Since starting at Oh Baby Nutrition, I feel like I’ve really stepped into my purpose. I’ve been able to create a little bit of a name in my community — people know me as that gal from Mother Nurtured.

This path has helped me find not only a career I love, but also a deeper sense of purpose, passion, and connection in my work and community.

I had 24 mums come to the first workshop I hosted on starting solids, and started building my email list from it. I started my Instagram account in April 2023, and I’m almost at 10,000 followers and have a healthy, engaged email list.”

“I was already a certified Integrative Health & Nutrition Coach, but I was lacking the structured knowledge to thoroughly support women during pregnancy and postpartum. So I joined Oh Baby School of Holistic Nutrition which was one of the best decisions I've ever made. My experience as a student was great - the curriculum was thorough and well organized, the support was prompt and extremely useful every time, the community was there and it felt nice to chat with so many like-minded women.

During the same time, I launched Womb Nutrition, whose purpose is to support women into motherhood and beyond and families on their journey to starting solids and raising nourished little eaters. So both my life and my business were greatly impacted because approximately one year later I decided to quit my corporate job and dedicate myself to Womb Nutrition. I now have a toddler and I'm expecting my second baby - being able to manage my own time is priceless.

I have already recommended the program to everyone who's shown interest so far. And honestly, I have plenty of reasons to do so. Carley and the team are extremely professional and that's something I highly appreciated throughout the course and as alumni.”

“I was working as a probiotic product developer and was pregnant with my first child. I was wanting a change from my work, and wanted to focus more on getting to the route of helping people.

The curriculum is top-notch and not only has it helped me to start a business that I love, but everything I’ve learned has changed how I nourish myself personally and my kids to where we are thriving. For example my second pregnancy, birth and postpartum experience was so much better from the very start and postpartum I felt so much supported and stronger with everything I had learned. That alone is worth the cost of the curriculum.”

“I joined Oh Baby School of Holistic Nutrition because I wanted to learn more about pregnancy, postnatal, and kids nutrition. The more I have learned with Oh Baby, the more passionate I have become about these subjects. It's a learn-at-your-own-pace course, the assignments are interesting, and the feedback is so valuable.

The Oh Baby team puts a lot of effort into making sure you are fully accountable and understand the curriculum. Being in Australia wasn't a disadvantage — there are discussion boards, resources for questions, and a Facebook group if I was ever unclear or wanted something covered.

I would highly recommend this certification to anyone who wants to educate with up-to-date, evidence-based information that will help families build a great relationship with food and nourish little bodies!”

When I graduated as a Naturopath, I searched for courses like this and there was nothing to be found. Discovering OBN has been exactly what I was looking for. Such a beautiful community, and the content is incredibly valuable.

I would 100% recommend this program.
